This looks so pretty (and I bet it tastes delicious too)! So, how do you remove the flesh from the dragon fruit? Scoop it like avocado or kiwi? I’ve only tasted dragon fruit once and I didn’t have to do the prep! 😛

It’s so tasty! And great question. YES! Slice it in half and you can scoop it out with a big spoon. The inside is soft like a kiwi! Let me know if you make it and what you think!! xox
