Detox with self-care!

Self-care is alllllll the rage right now. It’s so fetch. #gretchenstoptryingtomakefetchhappen

But seriously, don’t roll your eyes at it, because self-care plays a huge part in our overall well-being! If you are feeling the holiday blues from the cold weather and too much food + booze, treat yo’self and schedule a little day (or evening) for self-care. Set up a massage, pedicure or visit to the sauna to sweat out the holiday funk.

Don’t want to fork over the dough? Try these at-home ideas!

  • Oil Pulling
  • Dry brushing
  • Epsom salt bath with essential oils
  • At-home facial + face mask
  • At-home manicure + pedicure
  • Light your favorite candles
  • Drink a cup of your favorite tea
  • Crank up your favorite music
  • A gentle yoga routine
  • Jump on your bed (because it might be too cold to jump outside on a trampoline, or maybe you don’t have one, but this helps stimulate lymphatic flow!)
  • Hydrate to help flush the junk!
